I created my 12-week program, The Metabolism Collective, after working with many individuals who were taught that rigid diets are the solution to weight loss and health. They came to me discouraged, feeling like they had failed, and believed their body was broken. The truth is they hadn’t failed. They had just been following diets that were doing the opposite of supporting their bodies and ultimately leading to burnout and regaining weight. The key to sustainable and lasting fat loss is supporting your metabolism through whole-body health. Everyone should understand how their body works and what it requires to thrive! I help my clients establish a realistic and personalized plan to transform their metabolism, improve their relationship with food, and finally reach their health goals.
I offer 1:1 coaching to clients who prefer an individualized approach to work through more specific issues related to health, nutrition, and metabolism. These can be vulnerable topics to get into. It is my priority to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to come each week and leave feeling lighter and empowered. I meet each client where they are at to develop an attainable plan through small, realistic lifestyle changes.
