My name is Elsie. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, yoga teacher, and health coach. I have a passion for empowering and educating others on the SIMPLE steps to health, confidence, and happiness.
I grew up in the early 2000s when diet culture was everywhere, big brands were promoting fad diets and restrictive eating patterns, and we were taught to be dissatisfied with our bodies no matter what they looked like. I developed some disordered ways of thinking about food and exercise while trying to stay in a body that society deemed acceptable. It was in college when I first learned about metabolism that I realized diets got it so wrong. As I’ve worked in different settings and grown as a Dietitian I have developed a holistic approach because health is multifaceted. I believe in looking at all aspects of my clients ’ lifestyles and making adjustments through nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to achieve true health and healing.
I help people understand their unique metabolism and how to support it through food, movement, and habits. It is possible to meet your health goals without cutting out the foods you love, giving up nights out, or following an unsustainable plan. I’m here to guide you on your journey to becoming the healthiest, most confident version of yourself!
